We aim to improve the athleticism of every person who walks through our doors. Through thorough needs analysis, movement screening and physical testing we aim to improve your athleticism in way that meets the demands of your sport or lifestyle. Strength and Conditioning Classes

Whether you are training for a specific event or just a weekend warrior on the bike, our classes cater for all ages and abilities. Strength & Conditioning for runners and cyclists offers a unique workout specifically designed to help you improve economy, mechanics, speed and endurance. Each class consist of technical drills, strength and power exercises and capacity circuits.


Olympic Weightlifting

Our facility plays host to SouthDowns Barbell twice per week and offers specific programming within our membership. Whether you are looking to compete or just looking for a new sport to try, our weightlifting club welcomes all abilities. Our coaches are accredited through British Weightlifting and UKSCA and offer some of the best coaching around.



Our brand new facility plays host to a range of equipment that evolves around our training philosophy. As part of our service, we provide testing sessions including Force plate analysis, Fore-Velocity Profiling, Movement Screening and much more. Alongside and with the help of our members, we strive to offer you a welcoming, inspiring and encouraging training environment no matter what.
